About Us

Early Intervention Partners provides services to children from birth to three years of age who have a developmental delay or disability. We provide support and assistance to the whole family through routines-based interventions.

The primary role of Early Intervention Partners is to work with and support family members and caregivers in children's lives. Early Interventionists work with children and families in their natural environments (i.e. home or childcare). Early Interventionists develop outcomes that are functional and based on children's and family's everyday routines and needs as well as family identified priorities.
